Dressed2Sell consultancy rates are £275 per day to
cover project management, sourcing and transporting furnishings
and props, plus styling / dressing the property.
Subject to client’s agreement, direct costs from
suppliers such as painters to be billed direct.

Save time, stress and leg work with our new shopping list
service. We give you the “what”, the “where”, the “how” and
the “how much” to transform your property in one simple list.

The Shopping List is available as a follow-up service to
our room by room report. In it, we supply precise product
names, colours, sizes and prices for all items we have
recommended, plus the retail outlets and websites to obtain
them. Using the Dressed2Sell Shopping List service will enable
you to complete your transformation faster, on a fixed budget
and with minimal stress.
